Do you charge for estimates?

There is never a charge for estimates.  Will come on out and take a full look at your roof to evaluate it.

How long will my roof take to be installed?

It's tough to give you an exact time frame but we see many done in under 2 days. Of course this always can vary with weather conditions and the size of your roofing project.

How often should I have my roof inspected?

It's good to inspect your roof once or twice a year to check for problems. Especially after a Storm, wind storm, or hail storm it can be very important. 

What's a square in roofing?

A roofing square is a 10X10 area that's equal to 100 square feet of roof surface. 

Will there be a written contract?

We always provide a written contract that provides payment information, services being done, estimated completion date, and a total price.  

Do I have to pay anything up front?

We have you put down 50% before we start the job and then the other 50% once we finish your roofing project.

Who takes care of the roofing permit?

We will pull that for you in your city so it complies with your local government and follows all the local building codes so that you are safe and have peace of mind.  Remember, a professional roofing will always get the permit for you when required.
